APG Hoops Lab provides basketball performance training services, which may include online memberships, digital programs, in-person training, camps, skill sessions, and related content.
Membership access includes only the services and features described at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify, update, or improve program content at any time.
2. Payments and Billing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as otherwise stated at checkout). By purchasing a membership, you authorize APG Hoops Lab and its third-party payment processors to charge your selected payment method automatically on a recurring basis unless canceled.
We do not store full credit card details. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access to services.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Memberships may be canceled at any time by contacting us or through your account dashboard (if applicable). Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund prior charges.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the sole discretion of APG Hoops Lab.

4. Assumption of Risk
Basketball training and physical performance activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, or physical harm.

You agree to consult a physician before beginning any exercise program and confirm you are physically capable of participation.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, APG Hoops Lab shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in our programs or use of our website.
Participation is at your own risk.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided by APG Hoops Lab, including training materials, videos, programs, graphics, branding, and written content, is the exclusive property of APG Hoops Lab.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, or modify any content without written permission.
Membership access is for individual use only. Account sharing is prohibited.
7. Code of Conduct
APG Hoops Lab reserves the right to terminate access to services without refund if a participant engages in misconduct, harassment, abusive behavior, or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
